You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging and materials.
  • Not be a personalized, custom-made, or clearance item, as these are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Not have been worn or removed from its sealed packaging.

Due to the nature of body jewelry and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the bag has been opened, unless the items are defective or have been sent in error.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us using the contact form on our website. In your message, please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for the return or exchange

We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with return instructions.

  1. Shipping Your Return

Once you have received our return address, please package the item securely and include a copy of your order number, as well as any other relevant documentation (name or email address).

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  1. Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

We guarantee all our jewelry for manufacturer’s defects and will replace any item as such. Contact us within 14 days to ensure a full exchange. We do not give cash back or refunds, only store credit or exchanges.

If your return is approved for store credit or exchange, we will process it within 7 days of receiving the return shipment. If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible.

Please note that shipping and handling fees and any applicable taxes are non-refundable. Additional costs for re-sending products that do not meet the Return Conditions will be billed to the buyer.

Refunds are only given if there was a mistake with your order before being sent out, like if an item sold out.
